My professional work brings together decades of experience in education, facilitation, consulting, and coaching. I work with individuals, groups, and organizations to create opportunities for learning, reflection, meaningful conversation, and growth.
Education & Facilitation
I design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that invite participation, curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful connection. From courses and workshops to professional development and customized learning initiatives, my approach is practical, interactive, and responsive to the needs of the people in the room.
My work includes program planning and design, content development, facilitation, and evaluation, as well as learning experiences focused on communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, personal and professional development, and navigating change.
Coaching
Through InfiniteU Coaching, I work with individuals navigating life and career transitions, changing roles and priorities, and asking questions about what comes next. Coaching creates space to step away from the noise, reflect on what matters, gain clarity, and move forward with greater intention.
Our work together might explore career change, transferable strengths, professional self-presentation, work-life priorities, or the personal transitions that accompany changing circumstances. The focus is not on providing prescribed answers, but on helping you discover the direction and choices that make sense for you.
